CRM Application



Issue:   Upon selling a CRM application to the client base within the United States, the client was having significant issues in deploying and implementing the application on a timely basis.  It would not be unusual for a time delay of six months or longer before the process would be complete.  As a result, while new customers would sign the appropriate paperwork for purchase, the client would go with another vendor due to the lengthy process.

Solution:   BillionApps Corporation in conjunction with the client developed a Project Plan which included a Resource Planning component.  We managed the recruitment effort to build a consultant team consisting of Web Services, Web Forms, User Interface and Quality Assurance skill sets. By careful technical screening of candidates, BillionApps built a team with ideal strengths and capabilities.  This team eventually included resources from the client as well from both their United States office as well as individuals from their India facility.


Managed the implementation of an internet-facing and mobile lead management system. Leveraged .NET technology and Agile (SCRUM) methodology to deliver functionality on time and within budget.

As ScrumMaster, facilitated the daily scrum, led iteration and task planning meetings, and removed obstacles. Provided leadership required to make continuous progress is spite of incomplete requirements.

Developed and communicated the project plan tasks through MS Project and assigned tasks to the appropriate team members.

Generated and maintained key project documents including work-plans, status reports and issue and resolution logs. Utilized these documents to communicate project status to management and other key stakeholders.
